Next 42 Sliding is an innovative automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle CNC lathes with a sliding headstock. It is the first IEMCA multi-spindle bar feeder equipped with six independent movable guide channels with a Z axis.
The machine was created through long-term cooperation between IEMCA and DMG MORI. It was designed and developed by the engineering teams of both companies for DMG MORI MULTISPRINT multi-spindle CNC lathes.
Six independent guide channels enable precise and flexible guidance of individual bars and contribute to high productivity throughout the machining process. The robust construction ensures high reliability and stability even in demanding industrial operation.
Next 42 Sliding combines high reliability, robust construction, maximum productivity and a high level of build quality in accordance with DMG MORI standards.

Yes, IEMCA bar feeders can be installed on all CNC lathes requiring automated bar feeding. The lathe control system does not matter.
Do you provide service for IEMCA bar feeders after the warranty period?
Yes. In addition to equipment installation, training and spare parts supply, our service team also provides comprehensive post-warranty service.
Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.

Yes, transport, installation, commissioning of the bar feeder and subsequent training are included in the product price.
What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
