Pra 52 is a universal automatic bar feeder designed to supply multi-spindle CNC lathes with 5, 6 or 8 spindles.
It is designed for bars with diameters from 4 to 52 mm and lengths from 1500 to 4200 mm, available in round, square or hexagonal profiles.
The feeder is available with a Multi Rack magazine with four levels, 450 mm wide and with a total capacity of 1800 mm, or with a Bundle magazine for material bundles weighing up to 2.5 tonnes.

Yes, IEMCA bar feeders can be installed on all CNC lathes requiring automated bar feeding. The lathe control system does not matter.
Do you provide service for IEMCA bar feeders after the warranty period?
Yes. In addition to equipment installation, training and spare parts supply, our service team also provides comprehensive post-warranty service.
Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.

Yes, transport, installation, commissioning of the bar feeder and subsequent training are included in the product price.
What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
