Why Sir 25 is suitable for your operation
Sir 25 is an automatic bar feeder for multi-spindle CNC lathes with 6 or 8 spindles. It is designed for bars with diameters from 4 to 25 mm and lengths from 2500 to 4300 mm.
It enables fast and flexible bar feeding and efficient handling of remnant material without the need for a standard feeding device. This helps save production space and increase operating efficiency.
The feeder offers high flexibility when changing bar diameters. IEMCA patented adjustable coils enable quick adaptation to different material diameters without complex setup.
The design is intended to achieve high rotational speeds and reliable operation. A Multi Rack magazine with a capacity of 22 bars + 200 mm and a Bundle magazine for material bundles weighing up to 2 tonnes are available.
Sir 25 is a compact and flexible solution for automated bar feeding where high speed, easy operation, fast setup and efficient use of production space are important.

Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.

What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
