How long does delivery of IEMCA bar feeders take?
The standard delivery time is around 4–8 weeks from order confirmation. Production may take longer depending on the workload of the production line for the given model; we will confirm the exact date by email.
What is the warranty on IEMCA bar feeders?
The standard warranty is 12 months, with the option to purchase an extended warranty for 18 or 24 months.
Do you offer bar feeders for all types of CNC lathes?
Yes, IEMCA bar feeders can be installed on all CNC lathes requiring automated bar feeding. The lathe control system does not matter.
Do you provide service for IEMCA bar feeders after the warranty period?
Yes. In addition to equipment installation, training and spare parts supply, our service team also provides comprehensive post-warranty service.
Does IEMCA offer high-pressure coolant systems?
Yes. IEMCA offers 2 high-pressure coolant models – Blue Line 100 and Clear Line 50. Both models can be integrated with an IEMCA bar feeder or supplied in the standalone SOLO version, which does not require an IEMCA bar feeder.
How do I choose the right IEMCA bar feeder for my CNC lathe?

Can an IEMCA bar feeder be connected to my existing CNC lathe?
Yes, provided your CNC lathe is prepared for a bar feeder. If it is not, you will need to contact your CNC lathe supplier to find out whether the lathe can be prepared for a bar feeder.
Do you provide transport, installation, commissioning of the bar feeder and training?
Yes, transport, installation, commissioning of the bar feeder and subsequent training are included in the product price.
What bar diameters and lengths can IEMCA bar feeders handle?
IEMCA bar feeders can feed bars from 0.3 mm up to 100 mm in diameter and from 90 mm up to 6380 mm in length.
